Contrary to popular opinion, this title is neither a reference to a city or health insurance. Coventry is a state of ostracism. This piece contains Defiance's Theme and The Fat Man's Theme.

The residents of Pinkerton have largely begun to suspect Catastrophe of soliciting The Fat Man to bring Defiance back and have begun to shun the couple. Catastrophe tries to remain strong, but is having doubts. Persephone knows that this is not her sister and begs Catastrophe to see this as well and to do something about it.
